(availability is 24 hours every day and 7 days per week for the customer service department).

Steps To Speak To A Real Human At Direct Express is:

When it picks up, choose option 3 immediately, you will then get to speak to a human at Direct Express.

  • You can call Customer Service toll-free at 1-888-741-1115 (they are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week).
  • For English speaking (press 1) and for Spanish speaking then (Press 2) and for any other languages, then you will (press 3).  
  • Finally, you need to enter your 16-digit debit card number on your Direct Express card.

You can now have your questions answered by a customer service agent shortly after you enter your card number.
