What Should I Do If I Have Lost My RushCard?
If you have lost or misplaced your RushCard debit card, you will need to contact RushCard ASAP and request a new one.
How Do I Get A Replacement RushCard?
To get a replacement RushCard call RushCard and ask an agent for a replacement card. Call (866) 787-4227.
When you call RushCard an agent will walk you through the replacement process. You may have to provide your information with an automated system. If this does not help you, ask to speak with an agent.
Report A Lost RushCard
To report a lost RushCard, call RushCard or visit account.rushcard.com to log into your account and report your card lost or stolen. You should report your card lost or stolen first.
Protect My RushCard Account
To protect your RushCard make sure to contact RushCard as soon as you confirm your card is lost.
RushCard should be able to cancel the card and monitor any transactions. You can monitor your account and pause transactions in your RushCard mobile app.
You could transfer any funds out of your account so they cannot be accessed through the lost card.
Do I Have To Pay For A Replacement Card?
A replacement RushCard will cost $5 or $30 depending on how fast you want the card to be shipped to you.
