RushCard Prepaid Visa Card is a partner with Visa and MetaBank to offer all of the features that you expect from a bank debit card, direct deposit, ATM (automated teller machine) access, and POS (point-of-sale purchases).

How To Activate Rushcard

Now that you have your card, there are just 2 simple steps you need to take to start using it. 

  1. Activation of your RushCard Prepaid Visa Card 
  2. Funding RushCard Prepaid Visa Card. 

You are able to do this by either setting up direct deposit or by loading checks or cash at participating locations. 

First, visit www.rushcard.com/activate. You can also activate your RushCard by setting your pin on your mobile Rushcard Mobile App if you don’t have your RushCard Mobile App see below for instructions.

Once you have activated your new RushCard Prepaid Visa Card, you will be able to choose a four-digit PIN (personal identification number) for your RushCard Prepaid Visa Card. 

Once you set your PIN (personal identification number, for example, it’s like your ATM automated teller machine PIN) and funded your RushCard account, You are good to go. 

If you have forgotten your Prepaid Visa Card PIN number, you will need to contact RushCard support to reset the pin at the Member Services numbers below in this article.

Funding and Loading Your RushCard
