How Do I Download The RushCard App?

To download RushCard, you need to visit your mobile phone’s app store. 

If you have an Iphone, you will go to the Apple App Store, click RushCard on the App Store to download RushCard’s app on the Apple App Store. 

If you have an android phone, you will need to visit the google play store. Click RushCard – Apps on Google Play to download RushCard from Google Play. 

If your phone uses a different app store, go to the app store and in the search bar type “RushCard.” Look for an app with a block background and white dots. It should look this this photo:

Click download and wait for the app to download and install on your phone. This could take up to a minute or two depending on how fast your wifi or data is.

The RushCard app is created to be simple and comprehensive. The app allows you to complete a variety of actions such as send or accept money, cash checks, and chat with support. 

The app has a sidebar menu that displays different tabs for users.

How Do I Log In Or Create My Account?

To create a RushCard account follow these steps:

  1. Once you receive the RushCard prepaid debit card with your information and CVV, go to the RushCard login page and click “Account Login” then select “Sign Up Now”. 
  2. Enter in your 16 digit card number and your CVV. 
  3. Enter the expiration date and your SSN. 
  4. Then create your login ID and password. 

Make sure to write down your login ID and password on a locked document or secure passwords folder.

If you have already created your account, follow these steps to log into your account:

  1. To log into your account, go to the Rushcard login page and click “Account Login”. 
  2. Enter your login I.D. and password. 

What Is My RushCard Account Number?

Your RushCard account number is also called a deposit ID number. 

This number can be used to receive deposits instead of giving out your debit card number.

What If I Am Having Trouble Logging In?

If you are having trouble logging into your RushCard account you can contact their customer support team by calling RushCard at (866) 787 4227. 

Have your account information ready as well as your RushCard. An agent can walk you through the steps to access your account again. 

I Lost My RushCard Password

If you are having trouble logging in and believe you have the wrong password or have forgotten your password you will need to go through a password reset. 

Follow the reset password link or call RushCard for further instructions.

To do this, you need to collect documents that confirm your identity. 

Provide RushCard with your social security number, 16 digit card number, and the CVV.
