How To Log into Rushcard Account
Have you applied for a RushCard account recently? Are you ready to set up your account and log in?
Did you know, if you do not set up your account correctly and store your log in information, you could lose access to your account? If you try to log in too many times with the incorrect information your account could be locked.
In that case, you may not be able to access your funds and view your account information. So, how can you avoid this? I’ll answer that questions and many others in this article.

How Do I Create My RushCard Account?
To create your RushCard account, you will need to wait until you receive your RushCard prepaid debit card.
You can set up your account on your phone, tablet, or computer. You can also use the RushCard mobile app.
You can activate your card and set up your online account at the same time.
That card will be mailed out to you once you are approved by RushCard.
- Once you receive the card with your information and CVV, go to the RushCard login page and click “Account Login” then select “Sign Up Now”.
- Enter in your 16 digit card number and your CVV.
- Enter the expiration date and your SSN.
- Then create your login ID and password.
Make sure to write down your login ID and password in a secure place. (A sticky note on your desk that can be lost is not the best idea, I know it’s convenient, but that’s how passwords are lost!)
Where Do I Get My Pin?
You should be able to set up your pin when you receive and activate your RushCard prepaid debit card.
Call the number on the sticker, 1 (800) 207 4109. You could also set your pin on the mobile app.
What Is My RushCard Account Number?
Your RushCard account number is also called a deposit ID number. This number can be used to receive deposits instead of giving out your debit card number. To get this number you can email RushCard at agent@rushcard.com or call 866 787 4227.
How Do I Log Into My RushCard Account?
Once you have created your account, activated your card, and chosen your pin, you are ready to log into your account and view your information.
- To log into your account, go to the Rushcard login page and click “Account Login”.
- Enter your login I.D. and password.
Where Can I Find My Log-In Details?
You should have written down your login information when you set up your account. If you have already created your account you will need two things. 1. Login I.D. 2. The password you chose when you created your account.

What If I Am Having Trouble Logging In?
If you are having trouble logging into your RushCard account you can contact their customer support team by calling RushCard at (866) 787 4227 or by visiting their contact page.
What Should I Do If I Am Locked Out Of My Account?
If you have tried to log into your RushCard account and have been locked out you will need to contact RushCard support. You can do so at the number mentioned in the heading above.
If you have forgotten your account password, you can follow the instructions to reset your password.
Why Is My Account Locked?
You can be locked out of your account for a few different reasons, it may be that you tried to log in with the wrong information too many times or someone else is trying to access your account.
Another reason could be RushCard noticed some suspicious transactions and decided to lock your account for your funds protection, or RushCard needs to confirm some more information with you.
If this has happened to you, you need to contact RushCard to gain access to your account again.
Can I Use My Funds If My Account Is Locked?
If you are having trouble logging into your account but your account is not locked or frozen, you should still be able to purchase items with your prepaid debit card.
However, if your account is frozen, you will not be able to access your funds. In this case, contact RushCard to learn why your account is frozen and what you can do to get access to your funds again.
