If you have applied for your RushCard account online and submitted all the requested information, all you have to do now is wait. 

But waiting can be hard. Why is the card is taking too long to get to you? Are you sure you were approved? How can you check the status of your application or find out when the card should come?

How Long Does It Take To Get My RushCard In The Mail?

Once you have completed your application and your Rushcard has been approved, you should receive your RushCard in the mail within 7-10 business days. This is after you have been approved, your documents have been reviewed, and your identity has been verified. 

Your card will be shipped through U.S. first class mail the next business day after you have registered. 

Why Would My Card Be Delayed?

Your card could be delayed if you did not submit the correct information, you do not qualify, or you have applied for too many cards.

How Can I Check The Status Of My Application? 

If you do not receive your Rushcard and would like to check your applications status you can do so by calling RushCard at (866) 787-4227.

Make sure to have your application information, number, and personal information on hand. You can confirm with a RushCard agent that your application went through and your documents are correct. 

How Can I Check My RushCards Delivery Date?

If your application has been accepted, your RushCard should be shipped out by the next business day. So you can calculate your expected delivery date from the day you applied +1 day, +7-10 business days. 

So you card should take no longer than 11 days to arrive. If it does take longer than that contact RushCard at 866) 787-4227. 

What Should I Do If My RushCard Hasn’t Arrived?

If your RushCard does not arrive after 11 days, you should call RushCard customer service at 866) 787-4227. 

Tell them our name and other personal information as well at your application number. They should be able to look up why your card has not arrived yet. 

How Long Does A Replacement RushCard Take To Arrive? 

Your replacement should take 7-10 business days to arrive after your requested it. 

Do I Have To Pay For A Replacement Card?

Yes, RushCard charges a Card Replacement fee that is between $5 to $30 depending on the delivery speed you choose.

The fees will depend on the plan you choose, the Rush Unlimited Plan or the Rush Pay As You Go Plan
