Withdrawing Chime Cash

Chime has over 60,000 fee-free ATMs nationwide through our ATM partners.

To find an ATM near you, use the Chime mobile app or go online to www.chime.com/atms to visit our ATM Finder.

If you are using app version 3.4 or later, the ATM Finder identifies an additional 38,000 cashback locations at major merchants across the US such as Walmart, CVS, Bed Bath and Beyond, Target, and major grocery chains like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Safeway.

There is a map of the ATM found at the bottom right corner of the main screen on your phone app.

Chime Cash Withdrawal Limits

Chime will reimburse the $2.50 fee one time as long as you have received any direct deposit in the amount of $1 or more since June 1, 2021, from an employer or payroll provider, gig economy payer via automated clearing house (ACH) transfer or Original Credit Transaction (OCT), or government benefits.

ATM owner-operators, merchants, and participating banks may impose their own lower limits and fees on cash withdrawals.

If any in-network ATM accidentally charged you a fee, then simply send a message from the Chime mobile app, so Chime can find the issue and credit any mistake made back into your account.

Since your Savings account can’t be accessed at your ATM, Chime allows 6 transfers each month from your Savings to your Chime Spending Account.

This can be done in 2 ways.

  1. Use the Chime mobile app
  2. Log in to www.chime.com
  3. Select Move Money
  4. Select Transfers
  5. Finally, you will enter all the information from your (external) other banks where the money is being transferred from.

Now since the two banks are linked, you can use your Chime app to make additional transfers when needed and at the following limits.

  • A maximum of $10,000 per calendar day
  • A maximum of $25,000 per calendar month

Transferred funds will be available within five (5) business days.
